Zia New Mexico Bank, Tucumcari, New Mexico, with total deposits of $16.8 million and total assets of $16.8 million. All deposits and $6.0 million in assets assumed by First National Bank of New Mexico, Clayton, New Mexico (PR-20-99).

July 9 (BIF)
East Texas National Bank, Marshall, Texas, with total deposits of $113.0 million and total assets of $127.3 million. All deposits and $113.7 million in assets assumed by Fredonia State Bank, Nacogdoches, Texas. (PR-38-99)
