Career Intern Program
The Program The FDIC Career Intern Program helps recruit and attract exceptional individuals into a variety of occupations. The Program is for entry positions at the CG 5, 7 and 9 or other appropriate positions. FDIC may use the program to recruit for such positions as:
Individuals are appointed to a 2-year internship and, upon successful completion, may be eligible for permanent placement within an agency. Every intern is provided with at least 2 years of formal training. Training is designed to introduce the intern to the professional, technical, administrative, and program management aspects of his/her position. During this development period, the intern may be expected to complete other program components.
